Alimony: Financial obligations for child support.
Transfer of minors: Legal authorizations to move a minor from his or her habitual place of residence.
Guardianship: Appointment of a guardian for minors or adults who cannot make decisions for themselves.
Declaration of incapable person: Determine whether a person is incapable of managing his or her assets or making decisions about himself or herself before the Courts of Puerto Rico.
